- Led Punch Cards end to end, from architecture through launch: 70+ merged PRs over 7 months, including a drag-and-drop experience builder, milestone/reward engine and activation workflow.
- Built and scaled the Failed Payment Recovery flow editor: Klaviyo integration, conditional branching, A/B split testing and recovery-rate dashboards.
- Shipped Referrals and Credits & Rewards end to end: reward flows, multi-currency credit settings, live analytics and customer-facing landing pages.
- Delivered Digital Subscriptions / Entitlements, giving merchants a UI for plan-based access in the customer portal.
- Owned cancellation-prevention and offer flows in the Customer Portal across pricing, discounts and localization.

- Punch cardsA loyalty punch card whose first version shipped in a week. It became our base rewards flow, and merchants adopted it right away.
- Cancellation preventionSix months untangling a buggy cancellation-prevention flow, until merchant complaints dropped 80% and the rest were feature requests.
- Referrals & rewardsMerchants could build referral and rewards programs but couldn't see how they performed. I added simpler page setup and analytics right on the program lists.
- Bundles and Flutter app optimizationBuild-your-own pod bundles shipped in two weeks, and a Flutter app that went from an 8-second to a 3-second first load.
- Ad performance dashboardsDashboards that showed affiliate managers which affiliates and traffic sources were converting, and which were worth more traffic.
About
I came to engineering from design, and I still work at the seam between the two: scoping features with product and backend, then sweating the states nobody drew.
Most recently I spent almost five years on the rewards and loyalty team at Recharge, shipping memberships, punch cards and cancellation prevention in both Vue and React. Before that: Vejo (Flutter, Shopify Liquid), Ad Exchange Group (React dashboards, Shopify themes, PHP sales funnels), and freelance work since 2014.
